The Gettysburg Bluegrass Festival has a limited amount of highly visible and easily accessible space for reputable merchandise and service vendors. All vending is restricted to this area, and early application for space is recommended.

If you think your quality product or service is of interest to the bluegrass community, we invite you to complete the vendor application below. You will then be contacted to discuss cost and determine if your product or service is still available for the next festival.

Since we always give our current vendors the first option to renew while they are here, we can only consider new vendors for the next festival coming up. We do our best to avoid excessive duplication of products, but that cannot be guaranteed. Early registration discount available until March 1st for the May festival.
