Festival dates for 2009 are May 14th-17th and August 20th-23rd. Bookings for the 58th Gettysburg Bluegrass Festival are well underway and will be posted ASAP. We are sure you'll be pleased to know that 4 Day ticket prices will remain the same for the 58th Festival as they were in August 2008. That's right folks, no price increase for May of 2009! Additionally, there are still a limited number of advance reservable campsites available for the May Festival. Don't delay and we'll see you in May! Since 1979, the Gettysburg Bluegrass Festival has been a true Family Festival ! Founded by Joe & Lil Cornett and now operated by Rich and Cyndie Cornett Winkelmann and their dedicated staff, 2009 marks the 58th festival in 31 years of fantastic bluegrass music, May 14-17, 2009. The Gettysburg Bluegrass Festival is known not only for presenting top notch Bluegrass Music. It's also known as THE place to bring the entire family for for a wonderful family outing, with a host of on site facilities to entertain everyone, young and old. And history buffs and the curious alike will enjoy seeing Historic Gettysburg and beautiful Adams County's many near by attractions -once the music is over, of course!.
